2. Vendor Requirements
To become and remain a certified Infinity Loop vendor, you must meet these requirements:
2.1 Mandatory Requirements
Business Registration
Valid business registration and VAT number (if applicable)
Insurance Coverage
Minimum £1 million public liability insurance
Technical Certification
Certification from recognized training programs (iFixit, CompTIA, etc.)
2.2 Recommended Requirements
Physical Location
Brick-and-mortar repair shop with customer waiting area
Diagnostic Equipment
Professional diagnostic tools (Blackbelt360, PhoneCheck)

4.2 Customer Interaction
Professional Communication: Maintain professional tone in all interactions
Transparency: Provide clear explanations and updates
Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly
4.3 Platform Requirements
Order Management: Update repair status in real-time
Evidence Upload: Provide pre/post repair photos and diagnostics
Financial Compliance: Maintain accurate records for VAT
6. Termination & Suspension
6.1 Grounds for Termination
Performance Issues: Consistently low ratings or high warranty claims
Policy Violations: Breach of platform policies or terms
Legal Compliance: Failure to maintain required licenses or insurance
Customer Complaints: Multiple unresolved customer complaints
6.2 Suspension Process
Warning Period: 14-day notice for performance issues
Immediate Suspension: For serious violations or legal issues
Appeal Process: Right to appeal suspension decisions
7. Liability & Insurance
Important: Vendors are independent contractors. Each party is responsible for their own liabilities.
7.1 Vendor Liability
Repair Work: Vendor liable for repair quality and damages
Customer Property: Responsible for customer devices in possession
Insurance Requirements: Maintain adequate insurance coverage
7.2 Platform Liability
Platform Functionality: Limited to platform availability and payment processing
Escrow Service: Secure handling of escrow payments
Dispute Resolution: Fair mediation of disputes
