You can track your repair order by logging into your Infinity Loop account and navigating to the "My Repairs" section. Alternatively, use the order tracking page with your order number. You'll receive real-time updates at each stage of the repair process.
All repairs come with a standard 90-day warranty on parts and labor. You can purchase extended warranty coverage during checkout, which extends protection to 12 months. Warranty covers manufacturer defects but excludes accidental damage, liquid damage, or user-inflicted damage.
Repair times vary by service type: In-store repairs are typically same-day or within 24 hours. Doorstep repairs are completed within 2-4 hours at your location. Mail-in repairs have a 3-5 business day turnaround including shipping both ways.
Your payment is held securely in escrow until you confirm the repair is completed to your satisfaction. Once you approve the repair through the app or website, the payment is released to the vendor. This ensures you only pay for satisfactory service.
