1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Infinity Loop platform, website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
1.2 Agreement: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Infinity Loop Ltd.
1.3 Updates: We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Service Description
Infinity Loop operates a multi-device repair marketplace connecting customers with certified repair vendors.
2.1 Marketplace Role: We act as an intermediary platform. We are not a repair service provider.
2.2 Vendor Relationships: Repair services are performed by independent certified vendors.
2.3 Service Types: In-store, doorstep, and mail-in repair services.
2.4 Escrow Service: We provide payment escrow services for transaction security.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
3.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
3.2 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information.
3.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with platform operations
- Attempt to bypass security measures
- Harass other users or vendors
4. Payments, Fees & Escrow
All payments are processed through our secure escrow system.

4.1 Refund Policy: Refunds processed within 14 business days.
4.2 Dispute Resolution: Escrow payments can be disputed within 7 days of repair completion.
4.3 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice.
5. Warranties & Guarantees
5.1 Repair Warranty: All repairs include 90-day warranty on parts and labor.
5.2 Extended Warranty: Optional 12-month extended warranty available at checkout.
5.3 Warranty Exclusions: Does not cover:
- Accidental damage after repair
- Liquid damage
- Unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
5.4 Parts Quality: Vendors use OEM or equivalent quality parts.
6. Limitation of Liability
Important Limitation: Our liability is limited as described below. Please read carefully.
6.1 Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability shall not exceed the repair cost paid.
6.2 Excluded Damages: We are not liable for:
- Consequential or incidental damages
- Loss of data or content
- Business interruption losses
- Third-party claims
6.3 Vendor Liability: Vendors are independent contractors. We are not liable for their actions.
6.4 Device Value: We are not liable for device value beyond repair cost.
7. Termination & Suspension
7.1 By User: You may close your account at any time.
7.2 By Infinity Loop: We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Abusive behavior
- Payment issues
7.3 Effect of Termination: Outstanding obligations survive termination.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
8.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Dispute Resolution: Disputes resolved through arbitration in London.
8.3 Class Action Waiver: You waive right to participate in class actions.
8.4 Small Claims: Either party may bring claims in small claims court.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1 Modification Right: We reserve the right to modify these Terms.
9.2 Notification: Material changes notified 30 days in advance.
9.3 Continued Use: Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
